This song was inspired by the beautiful words from Psalm 36. God is so amazing in all He is and does and the love He gives is the most precious thing that could ever be given. God is so faithful, He is loving, kind, righteous, unfailing, just, our refuge and in Him is the fountain of life. He is our life and breath and He overflows with an abundance of love for us like a fountain pours over, such a beautiful image to picture. Our God is truly amazing and marvellous in every way.

 Jeremiah 10 v 6 (ESV) There is none like you, O Lord; you are great, and your name is great in might.

 Psalm 36 v 5-9 (NIV) Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals. How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings. They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.
