MY STORY

Hi! My name is Jill, I have been involved in singing and worship leading with both adults and children at different times throughout my life. I’m currently loving being involved in children’s worship at the church my husband and I attend; the lives of children are so precious. We have raised 3 children and music / praise and worship has always had a special place in our home. For me personally my relationship with the Lord is the most important thing in my life. God has been with me always, through so many wonderful experiences in my life, as well as through times of significant struggles and storms. I know wholeheartedly that God is real and is the giver of grace, hope and love. I know who I belong to, He loves me unconditionally and nothing can separate me from His love.

 Praise and worship has been a part of my everyday life for so many years and it is during this time with God that I feel closest to Him. It is in that secret place in my heart that I draw strength from God, his Holy Spirit moves and I feel as one with Him. Song writing has been something very special to me and the Lord has placed many songs on my heart both for children and for personal worship. One of the greatest joys for me is waking up with a new song on my heart. It is true in my life, Psalm 40 v 3 He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of Praise to our God. Through my life’s journey it has been in that place of weakness, complete surrender, with nothing left but to cry out to God, that He has lifted me, filled me with his amazing love, grace, and forgiveness and has given me the strength to stand. So much to praise Him and be thankful for! The joy of the Lord is my strength and I will sing!

My Vision

Ephesians 5 v 18-20 (NIV) …be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
• Spread the message of God’s love, hope and joy around the world.
• My prayer is whoever listens to the music will be encouraged and blessed and for their lives to be changed by God.
• For children to experience God’s love and joy as they praise and worship through song and for this to become a truth in their everyday lives.
• For praise and worship through music to become a special part of people’s everyday lives no matter what their age and to help grow their personal relationship with Jesus.
• To make praise and worship music resources available and accessible for schools, churches, kids clubs and families etc.

– Many lives to be impacted by the love of God around the world.
– For children to receive Jesus into their hearts and experience His love, peace and joy.
– For praise and worship to become apart of everyday life and strengthen each personal relationship with Jesus.
